Virtual coaching is a great tool for people who are unable to train in person but still want to get in shape!
I will write a program based on your fitness goals and send them to you every week. After you complete the program, you will send your results back to me. This is a great way to get fit and also stay accountable. I will also design the workouts for what equipment you have available to you, or you can do these workouts at your local gym.
I will also ask you to video record some of your movements so I can give you tips on how to improve technique. We will have Skype or phone check-ins every month to review your progress and discuss how to move forward towards your goals.
