PT pic 1I have been an athlete ever since I was very young. As a child I participated in ballet and gymnastics, when I got older I played basketball and ran track. After a brief flirtation with running marathons, my dad, a two-time CrossFit Games athlete, introduced me to CrossFit. I instantly fell in love with it and have been doing it ever since. After graduating from BGSU in 2012, I moved back to Cincinnati and started training with Olympic Weightlifting coach Chris Cleary. I trained with him twice a week for 8 months and Olympic Lifting quickly became one of my passions. I have competed in and judged several weightlifting meets.

I currently train at Cincinnati Strength and Conditioning where I pursue my love for CrossFit, and competing, having participated in numerous CrossFit competitions throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. I am also CrossFit L1 Certified. Olympic Lifting and CrossFit are my passion and I love teaching it! I currently coach classes at MesserFit Strength and Conditioning and also teach a fitness class at The Club at Harper’s Point.
